We are able to provide interim support and top cover in response during periods of staff recruitment, short periods of absence, and times of turbulent business change – as well as interim mentors to shadow coach and support permanent staff. We also provide specialist project management interims, with experience of methodologies and frameworks such as Prince2, ITIL, MSP, Gateway, CRAMM, etc.

Methods Consulting has provided interim support to a number of local authorities – in particular supporting councils’ implementation of Gershon and shared services initiatives.

Methods Consulting has been continuously supplying interim management support to the MOD since 1992, and has experience of working with all three services.
