Senior Web Analytics/BI Specialist
Our client, a financial services company, want a Web Analytics Specialist to join their Business Intelligence team. You will analyse large volumes of online and offline customer data from a number of variable sources, plus investigate customer experiences, competitor activity and technology trends to identify ongoing site improvements. In this new role you will be accountable for establishing KPIs and benchmark targets as well as delivering Web analytic reports, graphics/charts and dashboards in response to a variety of business needs and goals.
You must have strong experience of Web metrics and be experienced in producing reports and making presentations to internal clients to show how the sites are performing and how they can be improved. You should have proven experience in a Web analytics role having used tools such as WebTrends, SAS and analytics software, plus quant and qual techniques. An excellent overall knowledge is required of the Internet, Web industry and trends, combined with strong analytical and research background gained from an appropriate degree/MBA and applied within the investment/savings/pensions sector, or related marketing, management consultancy, interactive/online technology, convergent media companies.

We require a Business Analyst for a financial services company starting major web redevelopment to investigate and specify requirements for web site security, registration and authentication for range of clients and intermediaries.
