We also provide ad hoc assistance with particular procurement activities as required.  Such assistance can involve developing a requirements catalogue, performing an evaluation of what is available in the current market, developing an ITT, evaluating tenders, selecting a supplier, setting service level agreements, drafting measurable contracts, and ensuring delivery – including post-implementation review.  Within the public sector, this may include piloting a procurement through Gateway procedures, as well as establishing ITIL frameworks for service delivery contracts.  Our consultants are familiar with PPP, PFI, outsourcing initiatives and the original market testing guidelines.
