Methods and Arcus moving local government into the Cloud

As part of our strategic relationship with cloud computing specialists Arcus, Methods has supported a number of sourcing activities evaluating ‘–as a service’ delivery models for local government organisations. Most recently, Methods and Arcus have embarked on projects for Bristol City Council, Buckinghamshire County Council and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

In common with most government organisations, local councils are cautious about the security, information governance and compliance risks associated with cloud-based delivery models. We have worked together with Arcus to give reassurance to clients that are looking to enter this evolving marketplace.

We see Methods as our preferred business management and consulting partners. We have a collaborative partnership, working with them on multiple projects that support the migration of applications, infrastructure and platforms to the Cloud.
