Methods is able to demonstrate the benefits of services aggregation by using multi-disciplinary capabilities to offer innovative services for less.
Joined Methods in 2011 and manages the services team within Innovation & Delivery for Methods
Leads on service aggregation and develops the Methods VAR offering with new partners in the Cloud and XaaS markets
Specialist areas include deal shaping, entrepreneurial start-ups and transformational change
Over 25 years experience in technology and services industry
Experience includes operational, sales and delivery responsibility for companies including Logica, Fujitsu and Siemens
Has led major bids, the largest being for National Savings worth £1.5billion

We are able to offer a market-leading capability, translating between IT and business users, to deliver transformational services in the NHS.
Joined Methods in 2011 as part of the CDC acquisition and now leads Methods’ Healthcare Delivery Team
Has worked as a consultant in the NHS for over 20 years across a range of Trusts in England
Specialist skills are service transformation, programme management and business analysis, particularly in the acute sector
Expert in adoption of clinical and related administrative technologies for large NHS acute trusts

My role allows me to build healthcare offerings, which is exciting and challenging as things are changing all the time in this sector.

I get involved in many different areas across the company but my main focus is on bids, procurement and managing the operational side of the consultancy business.

Specialist areas include commercial management, operational planning and bid writing

Previously worked at Barclays for 10 years in business technology roles and Fujitsu for 9 years, mainly within the Defence and Security Unit
Zoe Lewis
Head of Resourcing
The Resourcing team has very experienced people with a variety of sector knowledge giving us a good understanding of what our clients want.
Joined Methods in 2009 as Business Manager for Criminal Justice; now heads the Resourcing team
Specialist areas are client management, business development and resource management for public sector clients
Leads client relationship management in Methods’ NPS Frameworks and Contingent Labour services

Joined Methods in 2006, now leads the finance function within the Methods group of companies
Has worked on corporate and group reorganisations, company acquisitions and major systems implementation
