Fidelity needed assistance in managing the off-shore development of its e-channels. The success of the web channels was critical, as these were the main route to market for Fidelity’s unit trust, pensions and savings products in the UK and 14 other European countries.

Solution

Methods provided e-business expertise and developed detailed business requirements, following in-depth client engagement across the organisation. We created a detailed plan for new UK, international and institutional websites. We also ensured that the sites were regulatory compliant and maintained best practice across all areas.

Results

Methods led a comprehensive redevelopment of Fidelity’s e-business channels across the UK and Europe, as part of  the delivery of Fidelity’s wider £30 million web programme. We enabled the customer to launch new products, revitalise existing approaches and significantly reduce operating costs.
