Methods Consulting has a leading independent financial consulting capability, usually linked to major corporate investment programmes, such as business change or technology / services procurement.

We also have a financial assessment capability which includes advising on best practice for areas such as business cases development; accruals accounting; through life costing and value for money assessments. We have also supported HM Treasury on a number of specialist financial projects, including departmental audits. Methods works extensively on major procurements client side, and this often involves complex financial modelling and business case development, as well as subsequent assessments. We have also undertaken esoteric assignments related to accounting and processes for match funding for European Social Funds and other regeneration grants. We have also supported various departments with their move to accruals accounting and related systems changes.
