Building resilience through a whole system approach

Methods Analytics have been supporting Serco in delivering a pathway transformation project with Norfolk and Norwich NHS Foundation Trust. Methods have demonstrated through detailed predictive modelling the impact of proposed pathway changes to staff who will deliver the new ways of working, helping them understand the reasons for change and to inform those changes through seeing the effect of incremental changes to the pathway models.
