APM Project Management Conference – Change Changes

8 June 2023

The Vox, Birmingham

The climate crisis, war in Ukraine, Brexit, political and market turmoil, and COVID-19 are all contributing to a significant period of domestic and global disruption. Aspirations such as levelling up and the UN sustainable development goals add to the complexity, whilst painting a picture of a better society.

To succeed in a world of increasing uncertainty and complexity, we must change the way we work.

Join Nukey Proctor at the APM Conference 2023 where she is speaking on ‘Engaging stakeholders to affect change’.

The session will discuss top tips and management hacks for engaging stakeholders in the journey of change.

This session will take place in Change Challenges stream and will comprise three panelists, including Nicola Hibbs of Heathrow, and the chair of the session Donna Unitt of Rocket Consulting (and APM Enabling Change SIG Committee Chair).

Register now to attend here.
