The future is not what it used to be: what will be the “New Normal” for Local Government and the wider Public Sector with regards to Service Delivery, Transformation & Digital Enablement”

LocalGovCamp LOCKDOWN will be the 1st virtual LocalGovCamp and will be considering the impact COVID-19 is having on local public services, together with the themes that will be very important in shaping the future for Local Gov service delivery. Methods’ mission is to bring extensive innovation, digital strategy, bespoke development, and service management capability to align public services around citizens. Our 220 staff and 300 associates care passionately about safeguarding our public services for future generations. In the unprecedented times of COVID-19, it is even more important for us to protect our public services and assist as much as possible in getting our Local Councils services back up and running.

Hear head of our local government practice, Paul Greenhead, provide an overview of Methods and how SM4.0 could assist local authorities.

Launching today (Monday 11th May) and running until Friday 15th May, the workshops will run each day and attendees will be able to join live and participate. The workshops will also be recorded so you can catch any you missed at a later date.

Matt Culpin from our local government practice, will be running a demo of the Service Management system that Methods has created to help local governments get services back online.
